HORAN, J. The insurer appeals from a decision ordering it to pay the employee ongoing total incapacity benefits and §§ 13 and 30 benefits for reasonable and necessary medical treatment for cardiac and psychiatric conditions. Because the judge erred in the manner he considered and adopted the medical evidence, we vacate the decision,1 and recommit the case to a different administrative judge for a hearing de novo.
