McCARTHY, J. The employee appeals from a decision denying his claim for benefits stemming from bacterial meningitis, which he claims to have contracted in the course of his employment as a short-haul truck driver. Because we see no error in the administrative judge’s finding that the risk of contracting the disease is not "inherent in the employment" of truck driving, we affirm the decision.
