Conflict of Interest Law Disclosure Forms for State, County and Municipal Employees

The conflict of interest law prevents conflicts between public employees’ private interests and their public duties. The law places restrictions on public employees may do on the job, after hours, and after leaving public service. In certain situations it may be possible for a public employee to get an exemption to the conflict of interest law by filing a public disclosure form.
