Environmentally Preferable Products (EPP) Procurement Program
The goal of the EPP Program is to reduce the environmental and public health impact of state purchasing.
This program establishes specifications for sustainable and climate preferable products and services on Statewide Contracts, fosters cost-effective responsible purchasing choices that help reduce impacts on public health and the environment, and works with agencies, departments, and others to encourage their use in public operations. The program also promotes vendor sustainability through the state procurement process.
