Overview   of Artesani Parking Lot Improvements Project Public Meeting 10/30/2024

At this public meeting, DCR will present the conceptual design concepts for improvements to the Artesani Parking Lot. The main goal of this public meeting is to solicit input from the community to inform the design process regarding proposed improvements to the Parking Lot as outlined in the Herter Park Master Plan.  A key component of the Master Plan directive is to address circulation and accessibility; stormwater management and green infrastructure; and provide upgrades to utility infrastructure, all of which are intended to enhance connectivity to recreational opportunities while protecting environmentally and culturally sensitive areas.

The public will be invited to ask questions and provide feedback on the presentation by unmuting their microphones, or using the chat function that will be available through the virtual participation platform. After the meeting, the presentation will be available for viewing at DCR Past Public Meetings. DCR encourages the public to share additional feedback, with a deadline for receipt of comments by DCR of November 13th, 2024. Comments may be submitted online at DCR Public Comments. Please note that the content of comments you submit to DCR, along with your name, town, and zip code, will be posted on DCR's website. Additional contact information required when commenting, notably email address, will only be used for outreach on future updates on the subject project or property.

If you have agency-related questions or concerns or would like to be added to an email list to receive DCR general or project-specific announcements, please email Mass.Parks@mass.gov or call 617-626-4973.
