Join the Universal Access Program for accessible kayaking at Upper Charles River Reservation  in Waltham!  During this program, run by our partner Waypoint Adventure, paddlers will travel in small groups to explore the river. Experience the fun and serenity of being on the water while being part of a supportive community. Benefit from a wide array of adaptive kayaking equipment and instruction designed to meet your individual needs. 

Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Registration ends two days before the program.  

Day and Times: 

  • Saturday, August 8, 2026; 10 a.m.–12 p.m. & 1–3 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 20, 2026; 1–3 p.m.

Meet At: Boat Launch at the end of a parking lot across the street from 48 Woerd Avenue, Waltham, MA.

You will need to meet our essential eligibility criteria for paddling and to pre-register.
