The Energy Facilities Siting Board (“Siting Board”) conducted a hybrid Siting Board meeting (both in-person and via Zoom) in EFSB 25-03/D.P.U. 24-93/24-94 on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 9:00 A.M.
The board meeting occurred in the DPU Large Hearing Room on the 3rd Floor of One South Station, Boston. The purpose of the meeting was for the Siting Board to deliberate and vote on whether to grant zoning exemptions to NSTAR Electric Company d/b/a Eversource Energy for the expansion of its existing Crystal Spring Substation connecting with a proposed three-mile extension of an existing transmission line, and, if so, on what conditions.
