Overview
The Energy Facilities Siting Board (“Siting Board”) anticipates conducting a hybrid Siting Board meeting in the Large Hearing Room at One South Station 3rd Floor, Boston, and on Zoom on Monday, May 11, 2026, 9:00 a.m. Please reserve the date in your schedules. The Siting Board will provide additional information on the upcoming Board meeting soon.

The Siting Board will hear a staff presentation on the final regulation, 980 CMR 17.00, Constructive Approvals. EFSB 25-10. The Siting Board will hear public comment as time allows, and will deliberate and vote on final regulation. The Siting Board anticipates providing the final regulation and a Tentative Decision adopting the final regulation before the Siting Board meeting. The final regulation will be posted when available on the following website: EFSB 25-10 - Proposed Rulemaking | Mass.gov.
