New Business

1. Review missing item Code Change Proposal 26.1.1 for the Code Change Proposal Package that has been approved by the subcommittees for promulgation.  These codes are intended to be implied to the current 527 CMR 1.00.

2. The Approved Code Change Proposals for the current 527 CMR 1.00 will be submitted to the BCCC to be reviewed at their October Meeting.   

   a.  General Counsel Glenn Rooney to speak on the promulgation process and provide recommendations.
