Statutory Public Hearing held in accordance with M.G.L. c. 148, s. 10

In accordance with M.G.L. c.148, s. 10, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be conducted on behalf of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. via videoconference, for the purpose of hearing any comments, petitions or suggestions for changes to Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Prevention Code, 527 CMR 1.00. Such comments, petitions, or suggestions for consideration of the Board may be submitted orally or in writing at the time and place of said hearing.
