1. Results of the Statutory Public Hearing 527 CMR 1.00, Scheduled for May 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at DFS, Stow. 
2. Request for interpretation by Jameson Collier on 527 CMR 1.00: 10.23.1 received on April 8, 2026.
3. Review of Memorandum for Rule 7.
4. Minor error in Rule 11, 527 CMR 12.00: There is a minor error, correctible by simply removing the words "No. 2".
5. The MEC amends 210.8 by creating an exception to 210.8(D), items 8, 9, and 10. If Rule 11 simply points to 210.8(D), then by pointing to that location, correlation is achieved.
6. Code Change Proposal submitted by John Ambrosino on 210.8 (A), received on October 9, 2025.
7. Discussion and distribute Amendment Package for 527 CMR 1.00.
