NOTICE OF STATUTORY PUBLIC HEARING

Statutory Public Hearing held in accordance with M.G.L. c.148, Section 10

1. Member and Staff introductions and opening of the hearing.

In accordance with M.G.L. c.148, s. 10, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be conducted on behalf of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations at the Department of Fire Services, State Rd, Stow, Massachusetts in the Board and Commissions Room on Thursday, May 7, 2026, 1:00 pm. For the purpose of hearing any comments, petitions or suggestions for changes to Massachusetts Comprehensive Fire Prevention Code, 527 CMR 1.00. Such comments, petitions, or suggestions for consideration of the Board may be submitted orally or in writing at the time and place of said hearing.
