Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(1) to discuss the character rather than professional competence of an applicant and G.L. c. 30A, s. 21(a)(7) to maintain confidentiality of highly personal data to comply with G.L. c. 4, s. 7 para. 26(c) and G.L. c. 214, s. 1B:

The Board will meet in Executive Session as authorized pursuant to M.G.L. c.
30A, § 21(a)(1) for the purpose of discussing the reputation, character, physical
condition, or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an
individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges
brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.
Specifically, evaluate the Good Moral Character as required for registration for a
pending applicant.
