The topics shown below were discussed at the aforementioned meeting: 

At 10:00 A.M. The Vice Chair P. Malagrifa called the meeting to order.

Informational note: All votes were taken by roll call. Where each member voted in favor, the vote will be reported as unanimous.

Subcommittee members present:

  1. Review IEP/CEP Provider Applications for 2026 cycle 
    1. The subcommittee reviewed the following IEPs for the 2026 NEC cycle.
  2. Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational School 
  3. Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology
    • IEP is approved for 2026 NEC cycle and requested approval for a new location in the town of Billerica.
  4. The Peterson School
    • IEP is approved for 2026 NEC cycle and requested approval of a new location in the town of Dartmouth.
    1. The subcommittee reviewed the following CEPs for the 2026 NEC cycle.
  5. The Peterson School
    • CEP is approved for 2026 NEC cycle and requested approval of a new location in the town of Dartmouth.

A Motion was made by J. Bagni seconded by B. Driscoll and it was so unanimously 

Voted: to approve the above listed applications for renewal

  1. Discussed other matters not reasonably anticipated 48 hours in advance of meeting. No matters presented.
  2. Meeting adjournment

At 10:11 A.M. J. Bagni made a motion, B. Driscoll seconded, and it was so unanimously
