  • 26-GV-356666- Ken Regan, 600 Terminal Rd East Boston. The petitioner is seeking relief from 248 CMR 3.04(1), Products, Design, and Standards, to allow the installation of a thermally activated shutoff valve to be installed on the gas main. As this is a state project, Board of Health notification is not required. State Inspector O'Reilly has been notified. This is a Post Installation Variance
  • 26-GV-356688- Timothy Begin, 600 Terminal Rd East Boston. - The petitioner is seeking relief from 248 CMR 3.04(1), Products, Design, and Standards, to allow the installation of a gas booster that is not currently listed on the Board's accepted products list. As this is a state project, Board of Health notification is not required. State Inspector O'Reilly has been notified.
  • 26-PV-357118- Al Michaud, 111 Coolidge St, Sherborn. The petitioner is seeking relief from 248 CMR 10.10(15), Table 1, Minimum Facilities, not to install the required plumbing fixtures during construction of a new riding arena and bathroom facilities. The petitioner proposes utilizing temporary restroom trailers to serve the existing riding arena for a six-month period. The Board of Health and the local inspector have been notified.
  • 26-PV-357216- Angelo Pistoftzian, 118 Concord Ave, Belmont. The petitioner is seeking relief from 248 CMR 10.09 Interceptors, Separators, and Holding Tanks not to install the required separation system for a 300 square foot single bay garage. The Board of Health and the local inspector have been notified.
  • 26-PV-357287- Gregory Walsh, 695 Belmont St, Belmont. The petitioner is seeking relief from 248 CMR 10.10(15), Table 1, Minimum Facilities, not to install the required shower, mop sink and drinking water station for a 780 square foot fitness establishment. The Board of Health and the local inspector have been notified
  • 26-PV-357220-Robert Ceppi, 203 Circuit Ave, West Springfield. The petitioner is seeking relief from 248 CMR 10.09 Interceptors, Separators, and Holding Tanks not to install the required separation system for a vehicle storage facility. The Board of Health and the local inspector have been notified.
  • 26-PV-357477- Nathan Gould, 1305 Columbia Rd, Boston. The petitioner seeks relief from 248 CMR 10.05(15), Sewerage Disposal Connection, to allow the building drain to discharge into the treatment facility's effluent channel rather than providing an independent sewerage connection. As this is a pretreatment sewerage facility, the applicant proposes connecting the building drain directly to the treatment process. The petitioner also seeks relief from 248 CMR 10.10(15), Table 1, Minimum Facilities, to install a single mop sink in the building in lieu of providing a mop sink on each level.

As this is a pretreatment sewerage facility, the applicant proposes connecting the building drain directly to the treatment process. The petitioner also seeks relief from 248 CMR 10.10(15), Table 1, Minimum Facilities, to install a single mop sink in the building in lieu of providing a mop sink on each level.

  • 26-PV-357486- Aldolfo Perez, 100 Bellingham Rd, Brookline. The petitioner seeks relief from 248 CMR 10.06, Materials, to use PVC piping for a roof drain within a commercial building. The petitioner seeks relief from 248 CMR 10.14(7)(k) water Recycling / Re-Use Prohibited to collect rainwater to be used for a special purpose pool. The Board of Health and the local inspector have been notified.
