Overview

A public information meeting will be held by MassDOT to provide an update on the ongoing Chinatown/Leather District Vent Buildings Project in Boston, MA.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to provide an update on the ongoing Chinatown/Leather District Vent Buildings Project in Boston. MassDOT will present an overview of the work and project progress. There will be an opportunity for public comments and questions following the formal presentation.

Proposal:

This project includes improvements to the three vent structures located on Essex Street, Summer Street, and Beech Street, and involves masonry work, the cleaning of the vent structures, and the rebuilding and repair of the vent stacks.

This meeting is accessible to people with disabilities.
