Overview
This interactive online class gives female veterans a welcoming space to explore what healthy boundaries really look like—and will offer strategies to make everyday life feel lighter, calmer, and more in your control. We’ll talk about why saying no isn’t about shutting people out, but about saying yes to your own wellbeing. We'll focus on identifying your values to strengthen your “yes” and learn new ways to care for yourself on a daily basis. Together, we’ll look at how military culture, caregiving roles, and life after service can make boundaries tricky, and how self‑care can become a steady, enjoyable part of your routine rather than something that gets squeezed in “if there’s time.”
During our time together we'll practice simple, practical techniques that make holding boundaries feel natural instead of stressful. Expect to practice activities, have guided discussions, talk about real‑life examples, and have a few laughs as we practice confident communication, learn mindfulness techniques, and explore self‑care strategies that actually fit your life. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately—and a sense of connection with other women who get it.
