Capital Investment Plan meeting - Cape Cod and Islands, June 2026
Overview
On Wednesday, June 3, MassDOT is holding an online Capital Investment Plan Meeting. This meeting is open to the public.
Join the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Cape Cod Commission, Martha’s Vineyard Commission, and Nantucket Planning and Economic Development Commission, to learn more about MassDOT’s five-year Capital Investment Plan (CIP), including investments planned for the Cape and Islands, and provide your comments. The CIP guides how the Commonwealth prioritizes and funds local and statewide transportation projects, including railroad, transit, accessibility upgrades, roadway and bridge improvements, and municipal projects. More information, including ways to comment, is available at MassDOT's Capital Investment Plan web page.
Note: This meeting is accessible to people with disabilities. MassDOT provides reasonable accommodations and/or language assistance free of charge upon request (e.g. interpreters in American Sign Language and languages other than English, live captioning, videos, assistive listening devices and alternate material formats), as available. For accommodation or language assistance, please contact us at least one week before the meeting by calling (857)283-8710 or emailing MASSCIP@STATE.MA.US. This meeting is expected to take approximately 60-90 minutes.
