Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 4 p.m.

Overview

On Thursday, May 28, MassDOT is holding an online Capital Investment Plan Meeting. This meeting is open to the public.

Join the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, in partnership with the Merrimack Valley Metropolitan Planning Commission and the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments, to learn more about MassDOT’s five-year Capital Investment Plan (CIP), including investments planned for Merrimack Valley and Northern Middlesex County, and provide your comments. The CIP guides how the Commonwealth prioritizes and funds local and statewide transportation projects, including railroad, transit, accessibility upgrades, roadway and bridge improvements, and municipal projects. More information, including ways to comment, is available at MassDOT's Capital Investment Plan web page.
