Overview of Career Firefighter Recruit Class #S29 to Graduate from Department of Fire Services’ Springfield Campus
State Fire Marshal Peter J. Ostroskey and Massachusetts Firefighting Academy (MFA) leadership will present certificates of completion to 28 graduating recruits. The ceremony will take place at the Department of Fire Services, 100 Grochmal Avenue, Springfield, MA.
The recruits of MFA Class #S29 will represent the fire departments of Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Holden, Holyoke, Marlborough, North Adams, Northampton, Palmer, Southbridge, and Springfield.
The ceremony will be posted to the DFS YouTube channel following its conclusion.

Graduation ceremony for Career Recruit Firefighting Class #S29 will be held in the fire station at our Springfield campus. Handicapped parking and a wheelchair will be available at the main entrance for those who need help walking long distances.
