Overview
State Fire Marshal Peter J. Ostroskey and Massachusetts Firefighting Academy Director Jeffrey P. Winn will present certificates of completion to 26 graduating recruits. The ceremony will take place at the Department of Fire Services, 100 Grochmal Avenue, Springfield, MA.
The recruits of MFA Career Recruit Firefighter Training Class #S32 will represent the fire departments of Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Easthampton, Franklin, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Newton, Oxford, Pittsfield, Southbridge, Turners Falls, and West Barnstable.
The ceremony will be posted to the DFS YouTube channel following its conclusion.
You will need
Graduation ceremony for Career Recruit Firefighting Class #S32 will be held in the fire station at our Springfield campus. Handicapped parking and a wheelchair will be available at the main entrance for those who need help walking long distances.
