State Fire Marshal Peter J. Ostroskey and Massachusetts Firefighting Academy (MFA) Director David C. Evans will present certificates of completion to members of the Career Recruit Firefighter Training Class #268 in a graduation ceremony on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony will take place at the Department of Fire Services, 1 State Road, Stow, MA. The guest speaker was retired Lawrence Fire Chief Joseph “Larry” Marquis.
Graduates from 28 Fire Departments
The graduates represent the 28 fire departments of Acton, Burlington, Canton, Chelsea, Danvers, East Bridgewater, Fairhaven, Fitchburg, Gardner, Gloucester, Hanover, Haverhill, Hingham, Hopkinton, Maynard, Methuen, Newton, North Andover, Norwell, Randolph, Scituate, Seekonk, Weymouth, Walpole, Wayland, Wellfleet, West Bridgewater, and Westford.

The graduation ceremony will be held in the fire station at our Stow campus. Handicapped parking and wheelchairs are available at both entrances for those who need help walking long distances. The fire station is closest to the main entrance.
