Overview

All CCS Employment and Transition Services providers will complete billing in the Commonwealth’s Virtual Gateway’s EIM/ESM System  (Enterprise Invoice Management / Enterprise Service Management); as well as direct invoicing to MassAbility for specific services.  This training will feature an overview of the new services and codes in EIM and billing processes in EIM built specifically for CCS Employment and Transition Services.   In addition, providers will learn how to submit invoices directly to MassAbility (Invoice/PV processes).

Prior to this training: New Providers should have completed the EIM training and applied for access to EIM.
