Overview
This 1.5-hour training provides an overview of the CCS Employment Services model, including service delivery expectations, referral processes, reporting requirements, program parameters, and payment structures. This training is intended for provider program staff as well as management.
Agenda
Training topics and objectives include:
- Referral Process – How providers receive referrals from MassAbility counselors.
- Working with the Team – Understanding the roles of the Job Seeker, Counselor, Job Placement Specialist, and, when appropriate, the Integrated Resource Team (including family members, GLE staff, and other service providers).
- Job Development and Placement – Service model, reporting requirements, performance measures, and incentive payments.
- Job Search Support – Service model, collaboration with the Job Placement Specialist, reporting requirements, performance measures, and incentive payments.
- Job Coaching Support – Service model, collaboration with the Job Placement Specialist and employer, reporting requirements, performance measures, and incentive payments.
- Work Experience – Authorization process, employer partnerships, service expectations, reporting requirements, performance measures, support hours, and wage reimbursement.
- Language Services – Authorization procedures, invoicing process, and reporting requirements.
