Overview of Civic Engagement Day: City of Boston Disabilities Commission
The City of Boston Disabilities Commission is excited to host Civic Engagement Day next Tuesday October 17, 2023 from 10am-12noon. This is an opportunity for residents with disabilities to discover and explore how to get involved with city government.
Attendees will get a chance to learn more about accessible voting options, as well as how to participate in Boston City Council hearings and meetings. Come and learn how to get involved with boards and commissions and various other ways you can make local officials and staff aware of issues.
This event will be held on the 5th floor of Boston City Hall. Registration is encouraged, but not required. If you want complete our online form to let us know you plan to attend.
