Overview

This session is the second part of the data analysis series, which explores the "Notes > Themes > Insights" data analysis process for turning feedback into actionable insights. In this session, we'll explore concepts for identifying research themes based on our research goals.

Research tools can help teams organize qualitative data, identify patterns, and create themes that support meaningful insights. Participants explore how tools such as Maze and Condens can support coding research notes, organizing qualitative data, and identifying patterns that inform decisions.
