Overview

Data analysis in constituent-centered design is more than dashboards and metrics. It's about using collected data to understand the people you serve and make informed decisions that improve their experiences.

When data is paired with a constituent-centered approach, it helps teams identify pain points, prioritize improvements, and measure the impact of their work. Organizations can use their findings to create services that are more effective, equitable, and responsive to constituent needs.

This session is a practical introduction to using data as a tool to understand constituent experiences and inform service design.
