Data analysis: Writing and presenting insights
Overview
Writing and communicating research insights help ensure that research findings lead to informed decisions and meaningful improvements. Turning observations into clear, actionable insights requires identifying patterns, synthesizing findings, and communicating them in ways that others can understand and use.
This session explores the process of moving from research notes to themes and ultimately to research insights. Participants will learn how effective notetaking supports analysis, practice organizing findings into meaningful themes, and explore strategies for writing and communicating insights that support constituent-centered design.

The Experience Research (XR) Community of Practice brings together experience researchers and anyone who conducts or supports research to learn, share, and connect. It focuses on constituent-centered research and is open to employees of state organizations.
