Designing connected web pages

Thursday, March 19, from 2 pm to 3 pm. Note: To register you will need a free, basic Zoom account. Link follows in the description.

Overview

At Content Lab we prioritize making clear, current, and constituent-friendly content. Developing digital content that meets these criteria requires thoughtful planning.

To develop a series of connected pages with information that is easy to find, navigate, and understand, you need a clear understanding of

  • Your target audience
  • The purpose of the content
  • Where it should fit in your information architecture

In this session, we will:

  • Share principles to apply when strategically planning content
  • Point to examples that demonstrate the principles
  • Explore methods and tools you can use for planning

Content Lab is a community of practice focused on content strategy. It's open to employees at state agencies and organizations.
