Overview

Rain date: An evening session will also be held from 6-7:30pm for those who cannot attend the daytime session.

The Division of Insurance is scheduling a series of information sessions during the months of January-February 2026 to listen to public comments from interested parties about specific health insurance topics.

Insured health plans are expected to comply with Chapter 80 0f Acts of 2000 and Chapter 256 of the Acts of 2008, including Bulletin 2009-11 - https://www.mass.gov/doc/2009-11-access-to-intermediate-and-outpatient-mental-health-substance-use-disorder-services/download.

Please note that if you are not able to attend a session, written comments may be sent to Rebecca.butler@mass.gov and kevin.beagan@mass.gov.
