Rain date: An evening session will also be held from 6-7:30pm for those who cannot attend the daytime session.

The Division of Insurance is scheduling a series of information sessions during the months of January-February 2026 to listen to public comments from interested parties about specific health insurance topics. 

Insured health plans are expected to comply with Chapter 342 of the Acts of 2024 and Filing Guidance Notice 2018-07- https://www.mass.gov/doc/filing-guidance-notice-2025-e-prescription-benefits-for-chronic-conditions-pursuant-to-sections-32-36-of-chapter-342-of-the-acts-of-2024/download.  PACT Act Pharmaceuticals for 2026 are identified at https://www.mass.gov/info-details/health-care-coverage-information#pact-act---carrier-list-of-medications-for-chronic-conditions-as-of-july-1-2025.
