Overview

Rain date: An evening session will also be held from 6-7:30pm for those who cannot attend the daytime session.

The Division of Insurance is scheduling a series of information sessions during the months of January-February 2026 to listen to public comments from interested parties about specific health insurance topics. 

Insured health plans are expected to comply with requirements that are outlined in M.G.L. c. 176O and 211 CMR 52.00, and where relevant M.G.L. c. 176B and M.G.L. c. 176E.

Please note that if you are not able to attend a session, written comments may be sent to Rebecca Butler at Rebecca.butler@mass.gov and kevin.beagan@mass.gov.
