4. Inform draft process for becoming a voting committee member to include: 

• meet requirements of being voting member on ICC
• attestation of commitment to attending at least 75% of the meetings
• consider putting a minimum number of members on a committee
• tracking attendance and minutes.
• follow-up to members who do not attend meetings
