Earth Mindfulness Walk on the Bald Mountain Trail

Meet at trailhead just past the Rotary in Quabbin Park.
Have you ever wanted to break away from the gadgets and stressors of modern life and reconnect with nature in a meaningful way, but just aren't sure how? Sure, you can take a walk in the woods, but how do you actually connect with the woods? This walk will guide you in quiet observation and new perspectives on the gifts of the earth and how to carry them with you, even when you are in the midst of concrete, steel and data streams.
This trail is mostly easy, but there is a small climb to the summit that some may find a bit challenging. Please have tick protection, appropriate footwear and an open mind!
Dogs are not allowed.
