  3. Update regarding the board’s recommendation to the Secretary of EOPSS regarding the prohibited assault-style firearms roster 
  4. Discussion regarding the content of the cover letter that will accompany the prohibited assault-style firearms roster when it is published 
  5. Discussion regarding the process for prohibited assault-style firearm roster submissions 
  6. Update regarding the Handgun Sales Regulation as it relates to the approved firearms roster
  7. Review and approval of test report for approved firearms roster addition:
    1. Elements U.S. Space & Defense

  8. Discussion of future meeting dates
  9. Discussion of items not reasonably anticipated prior to posting the agenda
