In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30A § 20, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the General Requirements Code Committee of the Board of Fire Prevention Regulations is scheduled for September 5, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in the Boards & Commissions Room at the Department of Fire Services, 1 State Rd. d. Discussion on the wording in 18.1.1.3. Currently the code stops people from building one or two family homes with no access but does not prevent the building of three family or apartments.
