Overview   of Gun Control Advisory Board Open Meeting

Pursuant to the provisions of G.L. c. 30A and 940 CMR 29.00 et seq., the Gun Control Advisory Board will meet on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in training room 36 at the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency at 400 Worcester Rd, Framingham, MA 01702.

1.  Old Business

  • HP White Labs requests Smith & Wesson BG38-1 have the letters “TMJ” removed after the caliber .38 Spl +P on the roster citing a clerical oversight on their part.
  • Clerical correction required for Springfield Armory 9mm XD-E 3.3", Black (XDE99339BE). Correct # should be XDE9339BE. 
  • Review of approved laboratory test report form for both format and content for the purpose of standardizing all reports submitted to the GCAB by approved testing labs
