2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on:
   1. December 7^th, 2023
3. New Business
   1. Approve in district transfer (District 4 Technician) East Longmeadow to Hadley FD.
   2. Voting in of new Hazmat Technicians to Districts.
   3. AP4C Hand-held chemical detectors delivery to response vehicles. 
   4. New iPads for all TOMs, Squads, and CAT Bags assigned to vehicles.

4. Old Business:
   1. Event Coverage: Army/Navy game at Gillette Stadium December 9^th 2023.

5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.
