In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 20 notice is hereby given of the following meeting:

A meeting of the Hazardous Materials Emergency Mitigation Advisory Board will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in classroom 117 at the Department of Fire Services, State Road, Stow, Massachusetts. 

AGENDA

  1. Meeting Opening and Introductions  
  2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on January 14, 2019.
  3. New Business
    1. Discuss transfer district of existing members.
    2. Vote on Team appointment(s).
  4. Old Business:
    1. Vehicle Locations.
    2. Status of appointed
      1. D1 member M. Wainwright.
      2. D3 member Stephen Doucet.
    3. Discuss the requalification process.
    4. Fentanyl Issue.
  5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.
  6. Next Meeting Date – Monday, May13, 2019 10:00am DFS Stow Room A101.
  7. Adjournment.
