Overview   of HazMat Mitigation Advisory Board 5/13/19 Meeting

In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30A, Section 20 notice is hereby given of the following meeting:

A meeting of the Hazardous Materials Emergency Mitigation Advisory Board will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Boards and Commissions Room A101 at the Department of Fire Services, State Road, Stow, Massachusetts. 

AGENDA

  1. Meeting Opening and Introductions 
  2. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting held on March 11, 2019.
  3. New Business
    1. Vote on Team appointments and transfers.
    2. JSMACSS – Joint Standardized Method for the Assessment and Collection of Suspicious Substances.
  4. Old Business:
    1. Vehicle Locations.
    2. Status of appointed
      1. D3 member Michael Kilgallen Sudbury Fire Department.
    3. Discuss the requalification process.
    4. Fentanyl Issue.
  5. Any matters not reasonably anticipated by the Chair.
  6. Next Meeting Date – Monday, June 17, 2019 10:00am DFS Springfield 100 Grochmal Ave, Classroom 119.
  7. Adjournment.
