Overview of Information Sessions on Chapter 127 of the Acts of 2022 (“An Act Expanding Protections for Reproductive and Gender-Affirming Care”)
The Division of Insurance is holding the information sessions to listen to thoughts about future regulations, bulletins and other guidance, including question and answer documents, that the Division should consider regarding this newly enacted law. The following sessions will allow consumers, providers, carriers and other interested parties to provide information that the DOI should consider as they listen to different points of view.
All sessions begin at 1:00PM and are scheduled for 1 hour.
Thursday, September 22 Chapter 127 in General
Thursday, October 13 Specific to Reproductive and Abortion Services
Thursday, November 3 Specific to Gender-Affirming Care
