Overview   of Information Sessions on Chapter 177 of the Acts of 2022 (“An Act Addressing Barriers to Care for Mental Health”)

The Division of Insurance is holding information sessions to listen to thoughts about future regulations, bulletins and other guidance, including question and answer documents, that the Division should consider regarding this newly enacted statute.  The following sessions will allow consumers, providers, carriers and other interested parties to provide information that the DOI should consider as they listen to different points of view.

All meetings begin at 1:00PM and are scheduled for 1 hour. 

Friday, September 23    Mental Health Wellness Exams

Friday, October  7         Community-Based Treatment

Friday, October 21        Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model

Friday, November 4       Emergency Services Program

Friday, November 18     Cont Covg for Dep w/Phys or Mental Disabilities

Friday, December 2       Other Issues  CANCELLED

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: The final information session scheduled for Friday, December 2, 2022 at 1 PM has been cancelled.  Any future information sessions will be posted accordingly.
