Information Sessions on Chapter 287 of the Acts of 2022 (An Act to Implement Medical Loss Ratios for Dental Benefit Plans)

The Division of Insurance is holding information sessions to listen to thoughts about future regulations, bulletins and other guidance, including question and answer documents, that the Division should consider regarding this newly enacted statute.  The following sessions will allow consumers, providers, carriers and other interested parties to provide information that the DOI should consider as they listen to different points of view.

All meetings begin at 1:00PM and are scheduled for 1 hour.

Wednesday, February 1       M.G.L. c. 176X, Section 2(a) – (c): Rate filing submissions and rebate calculation submissions

Wednesday, February 15    M.G.L. c. 176X, Section 2(d) – (g): Rate filing reviews

Wednesday, March 1          M.G.L. c. 176X, Section 3: Reporting annual comprehensive financial statement information
