Overview
Section 37 of Chapter 342 of the Acts of 2024 (“An Act Relative to Pharmaceutical Access, Costs and Transparency”) created General Law Chapter 176Y (“Licensing and Regulation of Pharmacy Benefit Managers”).
The Division of Insurance is holding information sessions to listen to thoughts about future regulations, bulletins and other guidance, including question and answer documents, that the Division should consider regarding this newly enacted statute. The following sessions will allow consumers, providers, carriers and other interested parties to provide information that the DOI should consider as they listen to different points of view.
All meetings begin at 12:30 and are scheduled for 90 minutes.
