Listening Session: Hemp Production Draft Regulations 330 CMR 32.00

The MDAR Hemp Program is pleased to announce that Hemp Production regulations have been drafted and are available for preliminary review. These regulations are a draft and MDAR would like to invite stakeholders to participate in an informal listening session before the draft regulations go through the formal public hearing process as required by law.

This listening session will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to provide comments to MDAR about the proposed regulations.  MDAR will also answer any questions that may arise.

The meeting will be open from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Wednesday January 26, 2022. You can register to join at any time. Registration is limited to the first 500 people. If you are unable to register, please email us at MAHemp@mass.gov.

MDAR will be hosting a formal public hearing pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A and more information will be available once the hearing date has been determined. Please continue to check your email and the MDAR Hemp Program website for updates.
