(DRAFT) Executive Committee of the Local Government Advisory Commission, November 18, 2025 at 1:00 pm - Hybrid meeting - State House and Zoom

ATTENDANCE (in person): A. Chapdelaine, B. Sweeney, K. Gove, J. Hellen, (remote): D. Roberts 

Motions and Votes:

  1. To approve the minutes of the September 9, 2025, LGAC Executive Committee meeting (Motion by K. Gove, Seconded by B. Sweeney) 
    SO VOTED
  2. To ratify the proposed agenda for the November 18, 2025, LGAC meeting (Motion by B. Sweeney, Seconded by K. Gove) 
    SO VOTED 

At 1:09 p.m., J. Hellen called the Executive Committee meeting to order. J. Hellen proceeded to conduct the administrative business on the agenda, including approving the September 9, 2025 meeting minutes and ratifying the agenda for November 18, 2025. Upon completion of the agenda, J. Hellen declared the meeting adjourned and returned to the full meeting of the LGAC. All motions (noted above) were approved unanimously
