(DRAFT) Executive Committee of the Local Government Advisory Commission, June 9th 2026 at 1:00 pm - Hybrid meeting - State House and Zoom

ATTENDANCE (in person): K. Gove, K. Baskin, D. Casey, (remote): L. Feltner, D. Roberts, J. Garcia

Motions and Votes:

  1. To approve the minutes of the May 12, 2026, LGAC Executive Committee meeting
    (Motion by K. Baskin, Seconded by D. Casey) 
    SO VOTED
  2. To ratify the proposed agenda for the June 9, 2026, LGAC meeting
    (Motion by K. Baskin, Seconded by D. Casey) 
    SO VOTED

At 1:11pm., K. Gove called the Executive Committee meeting to order. K. Gove proceeded to conduct the administrative business on the agenda, including approving the May 12, 2026 meeting minutes and ratifying the agenda for June 9, 2026. Upon completion of the agenda, K. Gove declared the meeting adjourned and returned to the full meeting of the LGAC. All motions (noted above) were approved unanimously.

    • The Healey-Driscoll Administration will provide an overview of the recent data center framework promoting principles and expectations for responsible data center development in Massachusetts

    • The Healey-Driscoll Administration will provide a program update and announcement from the Federal Funds & Infrastructure Office.
      • LGAC members will provide comments
