Motions and Votes:

1. To approve the minutes of the May 12, 2026, LGAC Executive Committee meeting

2. To ratify the proposed agenda for the June 9, 2026, LGAC meeting
   (Motion by K. Baskin, Seconded by D. Casey) 
   SO VOTED

At 1:11pm., K. Gove called the Executive Committee meeting to order. K. Gove proceeded to conduct the administrative business on the agenda, including approving the May 12, 2026 meeting minutes and ratifying the agenda for June 9, 2026. Upon completion of the agenda, K. Gove declared the meeting adjourned and returned to the full meeting of the LGAC. All motions (noted above) were approved unanimously.

Others Present (in person): Lt. Governor K. Driscoll, Assistant Secretary for Budget C. Marino, Secretary of the Executive Office of Economic Development E. Paley, and Undersecretary of Transportation Policy S. Silverberg.

Motions and Votes:

1. To approve the minutes of the May 12, 2026 LGAC meeting
   (Motion by M. Ossing, Seconded by S. Squailia)

At 1:10p.m., K. Gove called the meeting to order and welcomed cabinet officials in attendance. Lt. Governor K. Driscoll provided a few remarks and introduction to the LGAC meeting. K. Gove then accepted a motion to adopt the minutes of the May 12th, 2026 meeting, which was unanimously adopted as noted above. The Executive Committee then met as noted above.

Then the full LGAC resumed its meeting and covered the items on the agenda: Assistant Secretary C. Marino provided an update on FY26 collections and the FY2027 budget. A presentation on the Ch. 90 bond bill and supplemental bill; a presentation on UGGA; a presentation on Ch. 70 minimum aid; a presentation on education funding needs. Lt. Governor K. Driscoll discussed the Fair Share Supplemental budget. Secretary E. Paley provided an update on the Mass Wins Act. Lt. Governor K. Driscoll discussed a few key points of the Mass Wins Act. A presentation on site plan review; a presentation on mayor-initiated zoning changes. Undersecretary S. Silverberg discussed the Ride Safe Act. A presentation on speed framework support; a presentation on enforcement concerns. There were no votes or decisions on any of these items. Speakers during the meeting included K. Baskin, J. Hellen, B. Griffin Dunne, P. Cusolito, S. Squailia, J. Hai, and M. Ossing.

At 2:02p.m., the agenda having been completed, K. Gove declared that the meeting was adjourned.
