(DRAFT) Executive Committee of the Local Government Advisory Commission, July 14th 2026 at 1:00 pm - Hybrid meeting - State House and Zoom

ATTENDANCE (in person): J. Garcia, L. Feltner, K. Gove, and K. Baskin.

Motions and Votes:

  1. To approve the minutes of the June 9, 2026, LGAC Executive Committee meeting
    (Motion by K. Baskin, Seconded by J. Garcia) 
    SO VOTED
  2. To ratify the proposed agenda for the July 14, 2026, LGAC meeting
    (Motion by L. Feltner, Seconded by K. Baskin) 
    SO VOTED

At 1:12pm., K. Gove called the Executive Committee meeting to order. K. Gove proceeded to conduct the administrative business on the agenda, including approving the June 9, 2026 meeting minutes and ratifying the agenda for July 14, 2026. Upon completion of the agenda, K. Gove declared the meeting adjourned and returned to the full meeting of the LGAC. All motions (noted above) were approved unanimously.

    • Representatives from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities will discuss the recent request for information for local partners on a potential "Move-In MA” pilot program regarding sites for manufactured or modular homes
