ATTENDANCE (in person): J. Garcia, L. Feltner, K. Gove, and K. Baskin.

SO VOTED - To ratify the proposed agenda for the July 14, 2026, LGAC meeting

At 1:12pm., K. Gove called the Executive Committee meeting to order. K. Gove proceeded to conduct the administrative business on the agenda, including approving the June 9, 2026 meeting minutes and ratifying the agenda for July 14, 2026. Upon completion of the agenda, K. Gove declared the meeting adjourned and returned to the full meeting of the LGAC. All motions (noted above) were approved unanimously.

ATTENDANCE (in person): K. Gove, K. Baskin, J. McLaughlin, A. Khan, J. Garcia, M. McCabe, L. Feltner, B. Lungo-Koehn, Y. Greaves, H. Harper, M. Goff, M. Ossing, J. Hai, P. Cusolito (remote): D. Dembkoski, K. Mizikar, J. Hellen, B. Griffin Dunne, and S. Clougherty.
Others Present (in person): Lt. Governor K. Driscoll, A&F Secretary M. Gorzkowicz, M. Lavinson, Undersecretary M. Judge, and Undersecretary K. Antos.

At 1:11p.m., K. Gove called the meeting to order and welcomed cabinet officials in attendance. Lt. Governor K. Driscoll provided a few remarks and introduction to the LGAC meeting. K. Gove then accepted a motion to adopt the minutes of the June 9, 2026 meeting, which was unanimously adopted as noted above. The Executive Committee then met as noted above. Then the full LGAC resumed its meeting and covered the items on the agenda: Secretary M. Gorzkowicz gave an update on the FY27 State Budget as well as FY26 revenue collections. A presentation on UGGA funding; a presentation on education funding; a presentation on education funding from a MASC representative; a presentation on the Municipal Empowerment Act; a presentation on items in the MEA. Representatives from the State gave an update on the Data Center Framework. A presentation on data centers. Lt. Governor K. Driscoll provided an introduction to the Build For Mass program, and representatives from the state discussed additional details of the program. A presentation on the importance of the Build For Mass program. There were no votes or decisions on any of these items. Speakers during the meeting included H. Harper, Y. Greaves, B. Griffin Dunne, J. Garcia, J. Hai, M. McCabe, and P. Cusolito.
At 2:10 p.m., the agenda having been completed, K. Gove declared that the meeting was adjourned.
